The Heart Behind The Reset and Rise Experience

Hello, my name is Donna and I am a Wellbeing and Life Coach, Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist and Solution Focused Mentor. I have been growing and improving my skills over the last 12 years now and love what I do. I have found myself increasingly helping people with, what seems to be a 'normal' state for humans these days, - Anxiety and Stress.
